Baches offers a seamless onboarding experience, guiding new hires through their employment contract, office culture, code of conduct, and job expectations. Specialized training is also available to help the employee excel in their role.

Probation Periods ​

The platform allows for the easy stipulation of probation periods, generally up to three months in Ecuador, right within the employment contract.
